Site Acquisition

Based on the cell plan and search area, a number of alternative sites is proposed by
Signal company. Our customer evaluates and selects a site, after which a detailed
Survey is carried out by Signal Company.
Reports are accordingly submitted to our customer for approval. Upon approval, lease
Contract negotiations and permit handling procedures are started.

Telecom activities

 All steel work is galvanized to hot dip galvanized coatings. Tower footprint
is then taken off to start erecting the tower. The rest platform and working
platform are set as the manufacturer;s design.

Civil Works

 the first step taken this stage is to prepare the site before setting it through
Identifying any underground utilities and infrastructures in the vicinity of the work
Area as part of our necessary measures that are taken to avoid any damage during the
Construction Stage.
 All levels in the site shall be taken with reference to a predefined datum point set
at the site. This datum shall be related to an ordnance benchmark. On the case that
there are no benchmarks near the site, then the nearest surrounding level shall be
taken as the temporary reference benchmark for the construction.
 Site clearance is then insured before any demolition works

 The excavation works is then commenced by maintaining the level for foundation
As per the soil investigation report’s recommendation. This step is followed by Slope
Stabilization & Dewatering, which is undertaken at the design and implementation of
the site to completely revert and direct any water away from the site area.
 The concrete work is then undertaken fulfilling the requirements of the foundation
